DEPOSIT POLICY
A deposit is required to secure all appointments & will be deducted from your service rate. All deposits are
non-refundable/non-transferable; non-refundable meaning once an appointment is booked, that date/time is reserved for you and no refunds will be made should you cancel/ non-transferable meaning deposits may not be transferred to someone else to use should you change your mind about coming to your appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the time and commitment Talin reserves for your service, it is kindly asked of you to reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours prior to your appointment day. Appointments may be rescheduled within 6 months of original booking date at current service rate. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee (50% of scheduled service) will be charged.
NO-SHOW POLICY
If a client does not communicate before the appointment and doesn’t show, the client is subject to a no show fee (100% of scheduled service). If collecting the no show fee is unsuccessful, all future appointments will be denied. There is a ZERO TOLERANCE for no-shows.
ON LOCATION BOOKING POLICY
Client is responsible for all venue parking fee's the day of service. If client is reserving a group booking, client is held accountable to meet the 3 person minimum in order to receive the group rate. Once a booking has been reserved, client is held responsible to ensure all members of their party are present the day of service at their scheduled time slot; should a person from their booking fail to show up or decide to cancel their service, remaining balance for initial reserved group booking will still be owed & deposits for the cancelled appointments will be lost; deposits for cancelled appointments cannot be used towards remaining appointments. If Client chooses to end the Contract and cancel entire booking within 2 days of scheduled booking, the Client will be charged a cancellation fee (80% of the remaining balance owed)
NO EXCEPTIONS.
PAYMENT POLICY
Payments are preferred to be made in CASH.
However, the below methods are also accepted:
-transfers via Venmo/Zelle
-debit/credit card (plus additional 5% processing fee)
