DEPOSIT POLICY
A deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward your total service rate. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. This means that once an appointment is booked, the deposit cannot be refunded if the appointment is canceled, nor can it be transferred to another person or appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the time and commitment Talin reserves for your service, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 10 days in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee equal to 70% of the remaining balance, as this time cannot typically be rebooked on short notice.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
Appointments may be rescheduled once within 3 months of the original booking date and will be subject to the current service rate at the time of the new appointment. All rescheduling requests are dependent on Talin’s availability and cannot be guaranteed for peak dates.
NO-SHOW POLICY
If a Client does not communicate prior to their appointment and fails to arrive, a no-show fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service cost will be charged. If collecting the no show fee is unsuccessful, all future appointments will be denied. There is a ZERO TOLERANCE for no-shows.
ON LOCATION BOOKING POLICY
By booking a service, you agree to abide by all terms outlined in the individual booking contract provided to you.
PAYMENT POLICY
Payments are preferred to be made in cash.
However, the below methods are also accepted:
-transfers via Venmo/Zelle
